Get to Know Your Doula
Hi my name is Cyrese Ingebrigtsen, CD (DONA),
​
Welcome and thank you for allowing me to share a bit about myself with you. I am a DONA Certified Christian Birth Doula and am working towards my Postpartum Doula certification with DONA currently. Birth and babies have always been a passion of mine that was discovered when I had my own little ones. Now, after much prayer and the Lord meeting me where I am, I get to do my dream job of offering comfort and support to expectant parents every step of the way. I can support you in prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum and lactation. My love for the Lord has led me on this incredible journey. Just like the uncertainties that come with new beginnings, together we can lean in and trust the Lord in His path for us. I am now ready and honored to come along side you and your family during one of the most blessed and joyous times of your life.
I have completed my DONA International Certification and I have also completed 18 hours of DONA International Postpartum training while working towards that certification as well. Being an admirer and enthusiast of Spinning Babies® I also had the pleasure of attending and completing this amazing workshop June of 2024. I have have been blessed to serve 12 families and counting since July 2024. It has been and incredible blessing, praising God for all he is doing and going to do in this journey. I look forward to offering additional services as well in the Spring of 2025 and completeting my DONA postpartum certification in the Fall of 2025. It's OFFICIAL, I have completed The Body Ready Method ®Pro Training and am now a Certified Body Ready Method® Pro!!! This is a game changer in body preparation preconception,prenatally, labor and delivery and postpartum cares!! More exciting things about that to come so stay tuned!!!

I am 53 years old and have been blessed with 6 children collectively with my wonderful husband Jason. Together we have 5 grand children and counting. We reside in the Twin Cities area but are both from Alexandria, MN. During our free time we enjoy serving at church in various ways and fellowshipping with our church family, as well as diving into being grandpa and grandma and spending time with extended family. Family is extremely important to us. We have a dog (Rottie) named Lady and a cat named Gucci.
