From the moment we met Cyrese until our last "see you later" Cyrese always represented herself as a child of God and a helper in God's work, and comforter to our whole family. For our fourth childbirth we knew what we were looking for: an experienced Christian doula that not only supported Mom and baby to come, but Dad and current kiddos. She coached us before birth with breathing, stretching, and birthing exercises, she listened to our feedback for what works and doesn't work for us. Cyrese was an advocate for the type of birth plan we desired, and she helped us to voice our needs when the time arose. She prayed with us, for us, and always reminded us that God is in control. I truly don’t have the words to express my gratitude for the incredible support Cyrese gave us as our doula! She met with us multiple times beforehand to teach me exercises I could do daily to prep my body for the labor and delivery. She is incredibly knowledgeable and an empowering Christian presence. She even checked in weekly for how she could pray for our family, which makes me feel like she is a friend more than someone we hired. She walked with us every step of the way, long before delivery day, and showed us that she genuinely cares about the families she chooses to work with.
During my labor, she created the most peaceful and encouraging environment, giving tips when I asked of what I could do to help our baby keep moving down. She knew exactly what I needed—whether it was a reassuring word, a gentle touch, counterpressure, or simply holding space for me to breathe through my contractions. Her guidance gave me the confidence to trust my body and my instincts of when to push, etc.
She was also an amazing support for my husband! He felt nauseous at some points post-labor and she made sure to help him while the nurses were helping me. I really appreciated that she didn’t forget about him where others would have.
Because of her, from start to finish I was able to approach this birth feeling incredibly supported. We are forever grateful for Cyrese working with us. If you're looking for a doula, I cannot recommend her enough—she is a true gift to everyone’s birth journey and you will feel that too!

Dear Cyrese, I’ve been thinking a lot about how on earth we could ever possibly thank you, words and gifts seem to fall so short. For you to spend almost 40 hours with us, expending energy and encouragement with ease to help us meet our daughter, with the most positive attitude – we are just so grateful to our Heavenly Father for the way you showed up for our family and never left our side. What a beautiful reflection of Christ you were to us as we welcomed Sylvie. Your belief in me, prayers, quiet watchfulness, protection and empowerment all a gift I will never forget. For us, we really felt well-guided in Cyrese’s care. She was exactly what we needed from the start. We engaged her for her services late in the game, but we were cared for nonetheless. She walked with us and supported us in our journey from the start. She regularly checked in with us and brought a strong presence of Heaven with her. Her knowledge and wisdom was paramount for our birth not winding up a cesarean section (we had to unfortunately transfer). It felt as if we were being cared for by an angel. She didn’t leave our side for a minute, she stayed for over 48 hours, until the job was done. She prayed for us, prayed OVER us. She showed us good methods and exercises to help ease discomfort in the last weeks of pregnancy and in labor. She supported both Mama and Papa, gently guiding us through difficult situations, and ultimately, we made it through. We couldn’t have done it without her. With her close, birth wasn’t scary, and it was possible. With GOD, all things are possible, and He sent Cyrese to us make it so. In the end, we got to meet our Isabel, our first baby. Should there be any more babes, we will hopefully have Cyrese as a doula again. We couldn’t recommend her enough. If you are looking for a doula, she is a great pick!

Working with Cyrese was an absolute blessing. From the very beginning, it was clear that she is a spirit-filled, Godly woman whose presence brings peace, strength, and reassurance. She approaches her work with prayerful intention, and her faith-centered care was a powerful support to me and my family throughout the entire journey.
Cyrese is not only deeply encouraging and uplifting, but also incredibly detail-oriented. Hi my name is Cyrese Ingebrigtsen,
Welcome and thank you for allowing me to share a bit about myself with you. I am a Christian Birth and Postpartum Doula. Birth and babies have always been a passion of mine that was discovered when I had my own little ones. Now, after much prayer and the Lord meeting me where I am, I get to do my dream job of offering comfort and support to expectant parents every step of the way. I can support you in prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum and lactation. My love for the Lord has led me on this incredible journey. Just like the uncertainties that come with new beginnings, together we can lean in and trust the Lord in His path for us. I am now ready and honored to come along side you and your family during one of the most blessed and joyous times of your life.
I am working towards my DONA International certifications and have completed my required 24 hours of DONA International Approve Birth Doula Training and Childbirth Education for Doulas. I have also completed 18 hours of DONA International Postpartum training while working towards that certification as well. Being an admirer and enthusiast of Spinning Babies® I also had the pleasure of attending and completing this amazing workshop June of 2024. I look forward to offering additional services as well in the Spring of 2025.
I am 52 years old and have been blessed with 6 children collectively with my wonderful husband Jason. Together we have 5 grand children and counting. We reside in the Twin Cities area but are both from Alexandria, MN. During our free time we enjoy serving at church in various ways and fellowshipping with our church family, as well as diving in to being grandpa and grandma and spending time with extended family. Family is extremely important to us. We have a dog (Rottie) named Lady and a cat named Gucci.
